V4 – Filmski Festival
I ove godine u Kriterionu se održava sedmica filma, u kojoj učestvuju četiri zemlje Centralne Evrope – Mađarska, Slovačka, Češka i Poljska, – V4! V4 je nastala 1991. Godine. Ova grupacija za cilj ima podsticanje stabilnosti u regiji, predstavljanje zajedničkih ideja, te očuvanje zajedničkih korijena.
Ulaz na sve projekcije će biti BESPLATAN, sa početkom od 20:00 svakim danom u periodu od 13-16 oktobra.

As in the previous years, this year Kriterion is having a movie week- in which four central European countries are going to participate: Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland -V4! V4 was created in 1991, and the main goal of this group is achieving stability in the region, presenting common ideas and preserving common roots.
The entry to all of the movie projections is FREE, starting from 20:00, every day through 13-16 of October.

Ovo je smislena akcijska komedija o bandi ubojica u invalidskim kolicima. Granice stvarnosti i fikcije zamagljuju, a priča postaje vrtložni kaleidoskop koji nam prikazuje gangstere i vatreno oružje, ali i izazov života u invalidskim kolicima, te bol zbog očevog odbijanja.

Kamen po kamen, Imrich gotovo sasvim sam gradi malenu kuću za svoju kćer Evu. Međutim, Evi, koja će upravo diplomirati, sam pojam useljenja u tu kuću, izgleda kao zatočenje u zatvor koji je sama pomogla da se izgradi. Njezin strogi otac, koji voli imati kontrolu nad svime, već je prekinuo kontakte s Evinom sestrom Janom. Tako da je otac duplo stroži prema Evi. Međutim ona izostaje iz škole nekoliko dana, radi male poslove kako bi uštedila za željeni put u London, ima aferu sa starijim čovjekom…

Dedicated home care nurse Vlasta attends her capricious patients in the Czech wine country, and lives for her husband Lada and her daughter, giving them more than they are asking for. Then, one day, things change and Vlasta is forced to step outside of her comfort zone. Drama and gentle humor intertwine as Vlasta realizes, for the first time in her life, that she might need some care, too.

Pedesetogodišnja Vlasta živahna je kućanica i njegovateljica u neprestanom pokretu koja putuje kroz ruralni češki krajolik posjećujući svoje ekscentrične pacijente. Ona je ujedno i predana majka i supruga. Lada, Vlastin tradicionalni patrijarhalno nastrojeni suprug, vrijeme posvećuje vlastitim zanimacijama zanemarujući Vlastine potrebe i osjećaje. No kada Vlasta otkrije da je sama bolesna, njezina obitelj i pacijenti, pa i sama junakinja, prisiljeni su shvatiti da i njoj treba pomoć.

Summary:
Two teenage girls – Gold and Silver – land in the middle of a lively music scene filled with sparkling lights and neon sequins. The girls are suddenly entrenched in Warsaw's 1980s dance world. They join a band called the Figs and Dactyls, and immediately become sensations within the capital's nightlife. Absorbed by love and a growing passion, they forget about their true nature. But one broken heart is enough to bring them back to reality.
The movie won the Best Debut Picture at the Gdynia Film Festival (Poland) and the Special Jury Award for Unique Vision and Design at Sundance Film Festival.
Dvije tinejdžerice – Zlatna i Srebrena – našle su se u centru živahne muzike, blistave neonske
svijetlosti i šljokica iz varšavskog disko svijeta iz 1980-ih. Pridruživši se članovima benda Smokve i Daktile odmah postaju noćna senzacija glavnog grada. Prožete ljubavlju i strašću na trenutak zaboravljaju svoju pravu prirodu. Ali jedno slomljeno srce je dovoljno za situaciju da izađe iz ruke.
Dobitnik je Nagrade za najbolji debitantski film tijekom festivala u Gdyni (Poljska) i Specijalne nagrade žirija za jedinstvenu viziju na Sundance Film Festival.
